From the very first moment, Lucy was very responsive and thorough at planning our safari experience in Kenya. From airport transfers, accommodation, guides through the park, everything was very well organised. Our guide, Sammy, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even found the big five in one day! I would definitely recommend Mara Triangle.

We had an amazing experience with Mara triangle, Lucy at the office well co-ordinated each and everything with my husband. Our drive Guide Charles was the best one could get. He was knowledgeable, energetic , very cheerful and was very responsible. We learnt so much about the animals from him.He even guided us about each and every little details about the birds that we spotted during our safari. He made sure that we spot all big 5. The highlight of our safari was to see 3 young male Lions hunting down a buffalo which is a very rare sight.And also a Cheetah who chased Young wildebeest right in front of us. Again all thanks to Mr Charles who made sure tht we enjoy each and every moment. Everything in our tour from accommodation to custom food items were planned according to our requirements. And timings were managed very smartly. I highly recommend Mara traingles.

Lucy in the office was excellent with helping our group of 10 to arrange everything we requested for our 8 Night Safari. She actually went above and beyond to assist us with all of our questions and concerns. One of the drivers was David who was very good on the road, however, he was a driver and not a tour guide. There was no notice of what was coming up ahead when we were traveling through the various towns to our locations for our accommodations. We missed several opportunities to take pictures of certain sights, buildings and people of interest like the malls, restaurants, schools, children and the Maasai Mara shopping day. By the time we reached to get our phones ready to take pictures, we had already passed by what we wanted pictures of. Everyone were able to take great pictures of the animals while out on the game drives though. We all had a wonderful experience at the Maasai Village! The hotels, lodges, and luxury camps were all beautiful and everything that we hoped for. One of the luxury tents was dark and we recommended more lighting. The staff at the accommodations were very welcoming and amazing! The meals were good and it was a very memorable trip and made a few dreams come true! An improvement would be to stay with the itinerary as requested and planned to avoid controversy and have a driver that is also a tour guide who provides information on what lies ahead therefore rating Very Good rather than Excellent.

When in Kenya and you need a guide for Safari...call CHARLES. The best guide you can ask for! We did a 7 days tour across Masai Mara, Lake Naivasaha and Nyahururu (Thomson Waterfalls). He explained to us about various animals / birds and trees. He is very knowledgable about the different kinds of birds, names which are so new to us! He made sure we get to see all the big 5! He was also lucky to make us witness a live hunt by lioness, it was shear luck we got all the animals ticked, and this surely wouldn't have happened if Charles was not with us. That is the highlight of our Masai Mara Safari! It was really an amazing to witness that. He also did a bit of detours to ensure we can see the rift Valley and the Equator line. Charles also made sure we were safe across the trip and stopped on the way only at known places. He also told us the trick or bargains in shop and which got us good deals in the shops, he really did helped us in our shopping and did the negotiation for us as well :) Also a special thanks to Lucy, the agent I spoke to in Mara Triangle Safaris; our staying arrangements and special dietary needs all were customised and taken care off. She was very patient with me with all the queries I had and all the changes I had asked and requested to. Lucy had various options ranged from budget to luxurious and even got last minute changes done perfectly. This is a very memorable Trip for us and for sure would not have been possible without Charles and Lucy.
