Nairobi SGR to Arusha with Kidia One Express

Hi everyone. I will be in need to move between Mombassa and Arusha. Best route from what I understand will involve changing in Nairobi. I’d love to take train which terminates just south of Nairobi. I saw online that at least one bus company „Kidia One Express” is stopping in Mlolongo which is closer than central Nairobi. Given we will have roughly 2 hours to change between train and bus is Mlolongo a better option than going to central Nairobi? Also are you aware if other busses stop at mlolongo or nearby? Is „Kidia One Express” a good carrier? Any answers would be very helpful. Thanks
