Itinerary help & Central or Eastern Serengeti in February

Hi Everyone, I am at VERY early stages of planning a safari. The only decision I have made is it will be in February. Can you answer a couple of basic questions please? 1. What is best week in February to go to Ndutu to have the best chance of seeing the migration there? 1st, 2nd, 3rd? 2.Would you suggest Central or Eastern Serengeti at that time? 3. How long a drive is it from Ndutu to Central and Ndutu to Eastern Serengeti? 4. I'm having trouble finding which accommodations to look at in Central and Eastern (mid and luxury). Can you suggest a few so I can look them up? 5. What do you think of this very preliminary itinerary? 1N Arusha 2N Tarangire National Park 2N Ngorongoro Crater 4N Ndutu Area 3N Central or Eastern Serengeti Fly or drive back to Arusha? for flight home to the US. Are there too many or not enough nights in any area? Thanks so much. The choices are many and very confusing
